Payline Data, now branded Payline, is a Chicago-based ISO founded in 2010 that publishes interchange-plus pricing for standard accounts and places harder-to-place businesses, including dropshipping, with multiple high-risk providers.

The homepage calculator lists card-not-present markups from interchange + 0.50% + 20¢ under $50K a month down to interchange + 0.10% + 12¢ above $1M; card-present markups start at interchange + 0.35% + 10¢. High-risk pricing is not published. The pricing page says account minimums, gateway, PCI and dispute fees may apply.
The high-risk page lists nutraceuticals, subscription/continuity, MLM, coaching, firearms, tobacco, adult, gaming, telemedicine, dropshipping and travel, subject to provider eligibility. It says high-risk accounts are placed through multiple providers, are not sponsored by Fiserv, and that not every account requires a rolling reserve.

Offers its own payment gateway with a virtual terminal and developer docs. Current pages do not name Shopify or WooCommerce.
