Afterpay's merchant fee pages give no figures and point to the merchant agreement; fees can differ for online and in-store sales. Square sellers pay 6% + 30¢ per Afterpay transaction, which Square says is fixed and does not vary by plan or custom pricing. Stripe lists Cash App Afterpay at 6% + 30¢.

Afterpay's US retailer page says merchants are paid upfront, with funds in 1-2 business days for in-store, online and in-app sales. Its Australian merchant fee page says online payouts typically arrive up to five business days after purchase.
Shopify merchants install the Cash App Afterpay payment app. Afterpay's developer docs name Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce as supported platforms. Square sellers can turn Afterpay on inside Square.
