Both UseePay Shopify listings state: 3.4% acquiring fee per transaction, $400 one-time setup fee and $400 annual IT service fee, billed in USD. UseePay's own site publishes no rates and only claims 'ultra-low rates'. Card scheme fines for excessive chargebacks or fraud are passed to the merchant.
Compliance terms prohibit counterfeit goods and categories not accepted by card schemes, allow suspension without notice for suspicious transactions, and set a standard of 180 days for frozen funds. No reserve percentage published.
The Chinese homepage claims funds arrive in 3 days ('3天极速到账') without saying which product this covers. Onboarding to merchant ID issuance generally takes 3 working days.
